Get answers to immigration law issues affecting nonprofit newsrooms.

ProJourn, a program operated by the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press, the Cornell Law School, and attorneys from Miller Mayer LLP and Greenberg Traurig, LLP are hosting this special event to answer immigration law questions from INN members. Some of the topics being covered: the impact of recent presidential executive orders addressing immigration on nonprofit news organizations, legal considerations for news organizations employing reporters with various immigration statuses (visa holders, green card holders, asylum seekers, TPS, undocumented), legal implications for these reporters when crossing borders for reporting purposes – other questions submitted by INN members.
